Jeff Bridges has certainly cemented his name alongside the great Hollywood actors. Starting off as a child actor in the late 60s alongside his famous father Lloyd Bridges, Jeff was immersed in the industry and found a viable career making TV appearances. After landing his first starring role in the classic film The Last Picture Show at the age of 22, Jeff would soon make his way as a leading man in Tinseltown.
Tron, Starman and Fearless followed making him a box-office hit as well. He then had a bit of a renaissance in 1998 playing the Dude in the Coen Brothers’ The Big Lebowkski. It wasn’t until 2010 that he finally received recognition in the form of an Academy Award, taking home Best Actor for playing a musician with an alcohol abuse disorder in Crazy Heart.
The accolades may have been for his career, but the star was just as successful in his personal life. After meeting Susan Geston while he was working on a film and she was working as a waitress near the set’s location, Jeff married her in 1977 and the rest is history! The two are still going stronger than ever and even welcomed three amazing daughters during their marriage, which has clearly defied the Hollywood odds! Isabelle
Jeff and Susan welcomed their first baby, daughter Isabelle, on August 6, 1981. While she tried to follow in her father’s famous footsteps with an acting credit in a 1989 film called Termini Station, it appeared she moved on to a different career, per her IMDB. On her Instagram, Isabelle lists herself as host of The Mother’s Empowerment Podcast.
As for her marriage to Brandon Boesch, Isabelle said she always knew the perfect spot to exchange vows. “I always dreamed of getting married at our house,” she told Inside Weddings. “I’ve known that I was going to get married on 7/7/07 since high school. I don’t know how I knew, but I just did!
Jessica
On June 14, 1983, Isabelle got a little sister named Jessica. She may not have followed Jeff’s Hollywood lifestyle, but she is still an artist like her father at heart. On her Instagram, Jessica wrote, “Music is the thing that makes me feel the most alive — listening to it, creating it, witnessing it!” However, she hasn’t been active on it since 2020.
Jessica and Jeff are obviously very close, as she shared a sweet snap of the actor hugging her in one of her last Instagram. “Me and my pops getting a snuggle in before our show tonight!” she captioned the adorable photo of the pair.
Haley
Haley, the baby of the brood, arrived on October 17, 1985. It’s obvious that she has found her calling in life as an interior decorated, as her Instagram is plastered with her many projects over the years. The talented artist is based out of Santa Barbara, as her social media bio reads, “I love design and living in one of the most beautiful cities.” In 2021, Haley married her husband, Justin Shane.
